1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented under Dutch law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a nominated third party, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by:

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • The product must not have been used, tampered with or damaged
  • The original order reference must be included with the return

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement products unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is consistent with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits exceptions to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods unsuitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return. Please retain proof of postage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or of you providing evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

The refund will include the original purchase price and standard delivery costs. We will refund using the same payment method originally used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No refund fees will be charged.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office-@queblornxunio.world. Please include photographs of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement, in accordance with your rights under Dutch consumer law.
